The best UK bank - hands down.

I love banking with Triodos bank. Not only do they look after my money, respond to my queries and provide an excellent service in all resopects, they are THE most ethically sound banking institution in the UK. Pioneering

Triodos informs me regularly of how my money is invested in ethical and sustainable companies. Their positive impact goes full circle as it makes me feel I am part of the change society needs to tackle the climate crisis and the unfair distribution of wealth rather than being part of the problem. Best banking

I have never regretted moving my current account from a well-known high street brand to Triodos. Life is easy with Triodos, the website and app work well and help is at hand via phone and email if and when needed. I have found customer services to be extremely good and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Triodos to others. Its ethical position is, of course, an added bonus that pleases me. An Ethical bank with superior customer service

I switched from HSBC to Triodos. In addition to being superior in terms of ethics (Triodos is the highest rated bank on Ethical Consumer), Triodos, in my opinion, is also superior with regards to customer service and usability. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023
