How to bank with a warm feeling

With all the scandals that surround the high street banks, I wanted to start putting my money where I knew it would be conscientiously looked after and support positive values in life, not the destructive and negative ones. That is why I chose an ethical bank with a tradition for honesty, integrity and wise decision regarding investment. I am very happy to bank with Triodos, especially as I am an organic agriculture consultant and so am delighted by all the help Triodos give to sustainable agriculture and environmental projects. Changing the world locally and globally

I’m proud to tell people I bank with Triodos, who else boasts about their banking provider?! The difference they make with investment into community and environmental causes is vital and so inspiring. Their service as a financial provider is exceptional. Great, efficient and ethical service

The future of banking

Since switching to Triodos I feel a lightness and joy in my banking experience. Great, ethical, but need modernising

I chose Triodos because of their ethical stance and what they stand for - all banks should work towards being more like Triodos in this sense and everyone should make this a priority when they chose where to keep their money. In general having been with them for a while I think their customer service is great, their systems are easy to use and I feel as comfortable with them as with any other bank. My only issue is that the app/online banking does seem a little outdated, making payments seems to be a bit slower than other banks and the bank can’t be linked to money saving apps such as Plum etc. which is something I would like as these apps are beneficial for me.
