Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Triodos are amazing.

Outstanding customer service, values and practice.

I very much like that Triodos is fair and transparent, eg charging every current account holder just £3 a month for their service rather than quietly penalising customers that overdraw with large charges and high interest rates. Their customer service is excellent: prompt (no waiting in telephone queues), in-house and in the UK (no difficulty with language barriers), and always very helpful and friendly. I also love that Triodos only invests ethically, progressively, and sustainably, is completely transparent in who they invest with, and is working too to change banking practices and culture more broadly to be fit for a better future for us all.
