Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. So excited to finally have an ethical transparent bank

I am so pleased to have changed my bank to triodos. I dithered about changing banks for years because I was worried it would be complicated, but it was really easy, and they have been fabulous. I love how transparent they are about where my money is invested, the app and customer service is good ( I haven't needed to use it much), I love the card, and for once I look forward to emails from my bank to hear about all the lovely projects my money funds. It has really transformed my relationship with banking, and I read their updates and listen to podcasts. It is wonderful to finally find a bank that shares my values, such as community, not investing in arms or fossil fuels, tackling the climate crisis, and restoring nature among others. Triodos have really upped their game.

Triodos have really upped their game. The user experience matched with the impact your money is having in the real world - this makes the bank a unique and valuable experience.
