Long-standing Triodos customer

We’ve been with Triodos for a few years now and have now got ISA’s with them etc. we’ve always liked them for their transparency and ethical stance and can’t think of any other bank that can match / come close to these standards, only perhaps a few building societies. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I feel like I'm part of an important movement

With Triodos, I don't just feel like another faceless stat like I did with my previous bank. I feel like I'm part of an important movement every time I receive an informative newsletter from Triodos informing me of the great work they're doing and that my custom helps them continue that work. Triodos Bank provides excellent service!

The Triodos online banking service is very easy to use, everything works well and it is all well thought out, and very efficient. Information is provided about pattens of expenditure and 'warning' texts are sent if balance is getting low. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
