I love Tridos.

I love banking with tridos - it's a small way I can make a difference, choosing ethics and value for money. While smaller than others the service is much better and as we don't have 'high street' banks any more tridos is by far the bets option. It's a revelation to call and get an actual person. The things I like about my Triodos current account!

If I ever have any queries, staff answer the phone promptly and are very helpful. Transferring my current account to this bank went smoothly. If there is any suspicious activity on my account, I get a text straight away. I was rather wary at first about using a phone based bank account - but I am now a total convert and find the phone app very easy to use. I haven't had any problems banking with Triodos.
