Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Hard to read Bank card, otherwise ethical company.

I have written on two occasions but the bank card is still very hard to read. Its shiny silver letters on a white background with the skeleton frame work of a leaf- in very light green. I'm 56. I think they should consider this for their elderly customers. Two letters from me have not made any difference. I have been working as a GP since 2007 but before that I used to work in Ophthalmology. I understand, reading, legibility, contrast, and the process that takes place in the visual pathway. I am aware they are not involved in dodgy stuff, like tobacco, blood diamonds, trafficking of young people, illegal activities. They only work in ethical investments and environmentally friendly projects. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

I know there will be someone at the end of the phone...

I know there will be someone at the end of the phone if I need help. There is no need to have a bank nearby because Triodos provide Freepost and friendly, helpful telephone banking. I am very happy with their help for environmental projects because I share their vision. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

Ethical and fair banking

You know your money is invested ethically and that it supports fair trade and green investment. Phone calls are answered within a few minutes usually, and you are told where you are in the queue. Triodos does not support fossil fuel industries. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024
