Ethical funding and easy platforms

Knowing my money is being used ethically is the biggest driver. It helps that the user experience is also good. Straightforward platforms, simple visuals, and when you do need help, they respond quickly, friendly service. Extremely helpful.

I have only needed to phone twice and on both occassions the call was answered quickly and the help given was clear. My loging in problem was resolved but the advisor stayed on line until I was confident that I could access my account. Triodos have ensured I received information about account security.
