Great, ethical bank

I am very pleased with the service I have recieved from Triodos. I wanted to put my money into an ethical bank. Triodos are very transparent and back ethical/worthy causes. A small drawback is that there are a few in app features that I would like but I have contacted Triodos about this. Their response was quick and they said there are still features that they would like to add to the app. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I love my Triodos current account, the app is great, does what I need it to and the best bit is that I have confidence that my values are upheld in how they use money. The customer service has always been easy to access, helpful and addressed any issues I’ve had. What more could you want? Recycled bank card? Got that too! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I love banking with Triodos.

I love banking with Triodos. Their current account is excellent and worth every penny of the fee. Such a refreshing change from the usual high street banks. Their customer service has been excellent every time I’ve contacted them. I also invest in their ISA funds…also brilliant! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
