Mobile banking is easy to use, reliable and secure, with high value or unusual transactions being notified immediately for checking - handy for a joint account. We switched our current account from the Co-op bank when it lost its way and have found not only a bank whose ethical practices are more robust and in line with our views, but one which also treats its customers well and continually improves its offering.
