A human on the phone when I need help, the app works well and has implimented all the features I used to use at my old bank, I can sleep better at night knowing my money is not destroying the planet and people lives. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

You can do good with your money with Triodos

Excellent ethical bank

My partner and I switched to Triodos Bank earlier this year as we wanted to bank with an ethical bank. After doing some research we decided Triodos was the best option for us. The switch was seamless and we are enjoying the Triodos app, which is easy to use. My only suggestion would be to remove unnecessary paper statements - we have received a few recently and asked not to receive these as email updates are sufficient. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Savings, then Current Account

I began with a savings account, and topped it up when I received my mother’s bequest, and decided to run a current account too, alongside one I’ve had with another bank for many years. I have needed to speak to a staff member a couple of times and they’ve always been very helpful and friendly. And the app is very easy to use. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
