Amazing impact

Have been a customer of Triodos for over 10 years - I like the transparency of knowing the organisations my money is helping fund, customer service is good and the product offering has improved to be on par with a more high street bank. Keep up the good work Triodos! Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Making money work for good

Triodos is more than a bank, it's a way of connecting with people and organisations who want to make the world a better place. It's a way of joining and contributing to a community. I recently moved to a new part of the country. I noticed on the Triodos 'map' places that had been receiving funding from Triodos and found they were all wonderful businesses that I was very pleased to have discovered. A bank for real growth

It is always so easy to get on the line to speak to someone. The design if the online platform is great and easy to natvigate! l also love that they are doing all they can to make the world a better place from treating the planet well to treating people well. I have heard stories about how lovely this work place is as well. I believe in kind company culture. I am going to stick with Triodos as I have seen improvement after improvement over the years. I wish all banks were like Triodos!

I chose Triodos as they were the only bank whose views on climate change and ethical money aligned with my own. They put other banks to complete shame by making their banking transparent, open and accessible to view to customers. I love seeing the positive changes that banking with Triodos creates, from helping local communites and charities secure loans to allowing for small scale renewable energy projects to get off the ground. It really feels like I'm making a difference by banking with them. These connections to local people and projects really makes me feel a sense of connection and 'belonging'. This has much more authenticity than some of the slogans and adverts you see from the major high street banks which feel empty and hollow by comparison. I couldn't recommend Triodos enough. Banking on the future

My main reason for voting for Triodos is because they invest in human and planetary wellbeing and their values reflect our values. We believe that the banking system and private industry has to play a role in creating a livable planet and this is precisely what Triodos does by not providing funds for the fossil fuel industry but rather investing in social housing, clean food and cultural enrichment.
