I'm genuinely proud to bank with Triodos

Personal banking is one of the most powerful (default) ways individuals can contribute to a better or worse future for people and planet. Having my money with Triodos gives me peace of mind that my money will kept responsibly and even contribute to better communities and ecologies. I feel good knowing my money is with Triodos. Also, the customer service is excellent and there is continuous improvement in online or mobile features, for example the recent addition of Apple Pay for iPhone users Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Friendly, helpful customer service

Whenever I've had a problem I've been able to ring up, speak to someone and get the help I need really promptly. They are friendly and easy to talk to. I love that my money is being used sustainably and not for investments in planet damaging activities. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

This is the best bank I've ever been with.

This is the best bank I've ever been with. It doesn't contribute to destroying people or the planet. It's not supporting companies who are waging war, worldwide, or complicit of genocides and Apartheid-like regimes, like some banks (e.g. Barclays). It's not just making the rich richer, like most banks. It's actually a useful bank, focusing on community development, ecology and education. The customer service is excellent, the account reasonably priced and their financial and reports are transparent, unlike most banks. I can't understand why most people don't look twice at what their bank is doing when the future of the world largely depends on them and other large financial institutions. Give them credit...
