Ethical and great customer service

Very happy that I’ve found an ethical bank who are great to deal with. The app is convenient to use and it’s easy to talk to staff in person as well. So glad I switched from one of the big banks don’t now why I didn’t do it before! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Why is Triodos Bank the best British Bank ?

Triodos Bank offers not only a customer service that is kind and is easy to reach (e.g. App, Phone, Email) but also a great portfolio of accounts where for each of them you know, where your money goes! They have an active outreach team highlighting which projects they are financing and thus you always know why you are having your money with them. Because they are the only British Bank, that is changing the banking system for the better. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I wouldn't bank anywhere else

What my money does or does not do has always been extremely important to me. Having my current account with Triodos gives the peace of mind that money is doing more good than harm and I wouldn't have it anywhere else right now. I am happy to pay a small monthly fee knowing that I am with a bank that prioritises transparency and sustainability. The mobile app is simple and has always done what I've needed it to.
