Amazing bank, combining top ethics with great service.

Each time I've needed to contact Triodos, the call has been answered quickly by someone able to make decisions and help straight away. The ethical ways of working stand up without my words. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

A joy to bank with!

I had known of Triodos many years before I opened a current account with them. I had had savings accounts with them, and like many others, was eagerly awaiting the day they would make a current account available. When it happened, it didn't disappoint. I have found it friendly and transparent, and share many of its goals and values. I wish there were more such banks around! It's a joy to bank with Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

An Honest Ethical Bank, that supports Life NOT WAR

Triodos is truly a bank for the PEOPLE, not Corporate Interestd. It comes with a price £3.00 a month a very small price to pay to stop the mindless funding of Arms, Fossil Fuel Projects, I am now truly aware of how my money is invested, the communities it helps, the planet. The more people become aware of how the big name banks use there savings, how they make there profits and transfer their bank accounts, investment and commit to the ethos of Triodos, the better future for our children and grandchildren. A bank where know your money is a force for good

The App is simple to use and allows me to do all the online banking I need. I enjoy reading about what social and environmental projects they support and feel great knowing my money is being used as a force for good. A refreshingly different bank based on ethics and sustainability

I swapped over to Triodos bank because I wanted to do something positive, useful and sustainable with my money. My previous bank (one of the High Street biggies) could not answer my question about an environment or ethics policy. I was pretty fed up with knowing that my money was locked in with them, invested in mining, armaments, fossil fuel production and other harmful activities. So when I found out about Triodos bank through Friends of the Earth, it was very refreshing to find a Bank with a sound code of ethics and a no- harm, sustainable investment policy. Naturally, having worked hard for my money, I wanted to ensure it would be safe if I moved to Triodos bank, so I did my homework about security and governance and was content that my money was at least as safe with Triodos as it was with my previous bank. So I switched, using Triodos's switch service and found it to be perfectly seamless and flawless. The online banking portal is better than my previous bank and does all the usual things and more too. Brilliant, and so nice to know that my money is now doing good for people, climate and environment. What more could I ask for - oh, nearly forgot, the customer service is first class. Every time I leave the online portal there's a link to a feedback form, so if you have any ideas for improvement, you can have your say, very easily and conveniently. A real five star experience, I have no hesitation in recommending folks to swap to Triodos Bank, it's really made me feel good about being with a bank that does good things for us all. Ethical Accessible

An ethical bank in all areas. Accessible by phone as friendly, helpful, well informed staff always on hand without waiting for 1 hr + or having endless buttons to press.
