Ethical needn't mean poorer

Switched to Triodos when I couldn't stand the Co-op Bank being owned by hedge funds any longer. Simple, efficient switch and good service; a friendly UK helpline when needed, and a debit card and mobile app which both work without fuss. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

A Climate Crisis aware Bank

A far sighted bank who took Ethical Banking seriously a long while ago. It is a shame that other Banks did not follow Triodos" lead and still continue to fund Companies that damage the environment. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

A great decision to switch

I've been wanting to switch to an ethical current account for some time and was held up by thinking it would be complicated but it wasn't. I've had very good customer service and support and enjoy the feeling that my money is being put to good use and supporting environmental sound businesses. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Visibility in a business dominated by shadows

Charges are clear The banks investments are easy to see, the philosophy is one of sustainability. Online security is highly valued. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, modern bank

You move to this bank for its values not for the best interest rate. It is secure and has an intuitive app. It isn’t on Apple Pay yet and payments take slightly longer than with other banks to send. The authentication for new and large payments is like Barclays, where you have the authenticator device that you type in unique details for your particular transaction and a specific PIN for you. It would be good when they have biometric authentication too. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Supporting global and personal sustainability

Triodos has investment and borrowing policy and procedures that put into practice values that match my own. Additionally its customer services is excellent and at an individual level I find it the easiest of accounts I have held to use and manage. I would reccomend it confidently to anyone. Everything you want a bank to be

I've been banking for triodos for 3 years now and they are everything you'd want a bank to be. Not only am I reassured that they are investing my money ethically, but they have excellent customer service - having banked with other major high street banks previously, there is a very noticeable difference. Calls and emails are answered quickly and politely and staff are knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The bank with people and planet at its heart

Switching to Triodos has been the best decision I've made in years. Not only do they put people and planet over profits but their customer service is exemplary. I had a customer Assistant walk me through, step by step, every stage of getting my online banking and mobile app set up.
