Fantastic in every way

My husband and I moved our account to Triodos fairly recently as they are leading the way in ethical banking. We’ve been extremely impressed and are recommending Triodos to all our friends and family. The switch was very easy. Customer service, internet banking, mobile app and security all excellent. I have been with Triodos Bank ever since it first set up and I have never been disappointed with their services, their customer care and the immense level of transparency they offer about how they handle my money. They are 100% trustworthy, ethical and planet conscious in every aspect of what they do. Ethical bank with excellent customer service

More and more people are thinking about how the banks use their cash and are becoming aware that they may be helping fund questionable and unethical practices and companies. Triodos is the most ethical bank and it uses your investment to fund good causes around the world and it does so with some of the best customer service I have known. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Most ethical bank

I chose Triodos Bank because I didn’t want my money subsidising the Fossil Fuel Industry and it supports ethical projects. I am very happy with the ease of using this bank, the quality of its service and an added perk is that I receive a better rate of interest on my ISA s. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

efficient banking

Not only is Triodos Bank efficient but it is ethical and informs its account holders exactly where and in what projects it invests their clients' money. I have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone I come into contact with, from my doctor to my neighbours' children along with the butcher and postman. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Your money doing good!

To know that your money is doing good is peace of mind; I trust Triodos to do just that, and I have the majority of my savings with them too so this was the logical next step. Their transparency and reporting (including regular email updates and the Colour of Money) are great ways to be informed about what your money is doing. The app is pretty good, a couple of things to improve to truly compete with the start-up banks, but I'm sure that will come. The only let down was the account sign up process which feels, as a millennial, truly archaic! We recently switched all our accounts to Triodos and could not be happier. It has been really easy to change our accounts and Triodos has been great at communicating the process. Any queries are answered swiftly and clearly. Most importantly, we are finally confident about the ethical effects of our banking and are happy to support environmental projects that promote a better planet for all.
