A bank you can trust

We were with one of the big 4 for over40 years, but were angry at their total lack of concern for green issues and even, it seemed, for their customers. Changing to Triodos was very easy. It is also easy to use their internet banking and any queries are always dealt with quickly. I know my money is helping the world be a better place instead of funding fossil fuel and arms companies. Ethical in every respect

I switched to the Triodos account primarily because of their ethical and transparent investment policies. I was delighted to find that this extended to their customer services. I have had dealings with other bigger banks this year, and have had some stressful times trying to get through to them. The Triodos are just so much better in every respect. So pleased I made the move to Triodos!

When I fully appreciate what banks did with their customers' money to maximise return, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I love the ease and efficiency of online banking with Triodos, and their customer service is excellent. Triodos keep their customers up-to-date with their investment projects, and I very much trust and enjoy knowing that Triodos is not using my money to invest in anything that can harm people or our world.
