Breath of fresh air in British banking

I was so pleasantly surprised when I started hearing and reading of the great work Triodos do in the way they conduct business. Opening an account was a seamless process and I like the online platform too. However, the most important part is the transparency and the feeling that I am contributing to something worth my while. I am glad to see Triodos expanding as it has been in the recent months and believe they deserve to be recognised for this. Reviewed on: 18th December 2019

Friendly, helpful and easy to use

I moved to Triodos as I wanted to bank company that takes their values seriously. However, it's also important that they give good service, and I'm delighted to find that Triodos does. It's usually easy to get through on the phone. The people are always friendly and helpful. They are also good on security and have rung me to check all's correct when I've paid a large sum to a new contact before they let the payment go through. I highly recommend Triodos.
