Ethical, socially responsible and great customer service

I have only had to contact Triodos twice but both times I have received excellent customer service, the app is great and I am happy to pay a small monthly fee to bank with an ethical bank that treats ALL it's customers fairly and puts my money to use in ethical and sustainable ventures. Real personal banking

Fair and square

I had an issue with my phone and phone app compatibility, Triodos were proactive with the fix and related communication and waived all charges for the time the app didn't work. I love what they do, I've never paid bank charges before but I don't mind paying Triodos charges as I know they support so many good causes, I'm so glad to know that my money won't be finding wars or unethical business. Great to put money in an ethical bank.

I wanted to move my money to a bank that aligned more closely with my values. The current account switching process was very easy and efficient. I find the mobile app very easy to use, and it helps me keep track of all of my transactions. Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

Only legitimate option for sustainability conscious customers

As soon as Triodos launched its current account just over 2 years ago I signed up, as I was fed up with my lifelong bank, Barclays, continuing to fund fracking. With climate change becoming ever more apparent and social inequality growing in the UK, investing with an ethical bank is one of the big ways we can influence positive change as consumers, and Triodos is up-front and open about who their money funds, from large companies to small start-ups and community projects all trying to build a better world. I have been very happy with the ease of use and security features linked to the current account, and the £3 monthly fee is worth it to know I am not causing harm with my money. the bank is helpfull and informative

they send me lots of information, they text me when I get near to my balance limit, which avoids embarrassment to which I am grateful. I also know that the money in Triodos is not invested in nasty things, which is the case with other banks found on the High streets. Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

Most ecological and friendly bank.

Triodos invests in all ecological and organic companies which I believe is vital for all organisations in today's world to help Mother Earth to recover from all the damage we humans have done to her. Caring Efficient. Personal

My husband and I opened a current account as soon as we could.We had been with Triodos for many years and always been very pleased with the service. Intelligent, thoughtful banking with strong values

I was with a generic big bank when I was growing up and din't think anything of it. Then I realised after starting to become passionate about the environment, and to form stronger values about life that I was being completely hypocritical with the bank I was with.
