Enabling a brighter future. Putting my money where my mouth is.

I opened an ISA savings account with Triodos several years ago. When I heard that they were going to be offering personal banking too, I felt very excited. I love knowing that my money, my hard earned money, is directly going to support people, initiatives, that I believe in. Things that I am happy for my money to be used to support, build, develop. This is the first time in my life, that I have actually felt proud of saying to others who I bank with. I found customer service exemplary. I found the level of complexity first time applying, passwords, etc a little onerous, but appreciate, it means security we can be sure of, and systems we can trust. I also love the fact that as a customer you get invited now and then to visit some of the projects that your money is supporting. I was invited to visit Yeo Valley farm. Amazing

Clean banking with amazing customer care. Knowing our hard earned money is going to positive actions rather than climate damaging is so empowering. Love the card and the banking app!
