A bank that I can trust to align with my values

I've had excellent customer service and support from Triodos, their app and website are easy to use and it's easy to speak to people on the phone. But the main reason I like them is the relief of knowing that my money is with an organisation that cares about the environment and people in line with my own values, not investing in the fossil fuel industry or exploitative businesses like all the major hightstreet banks. Ethical principles, great customer service

I chose to switch to Triodos to make sure my money is with a bank which holds similar ethical and sustainable principles to my own. I have found the customer service fantastic, staff members in the call centre are helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

By far the most ethical

Great app but other contact limited

An easy choice

So far, Triodos is the only Bank I feel comfortable having an account with in the UK. I love the way they show me which projects and companies are supported - and they have very strict ethical guidelines on their business accounts. To make it more accessible for everyone, it would be great to have in-person contact centres but that would only be the cherry on the icing. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
