Great, friendly customer service

Not only do I like the way Triodos carries out it's business and aims to use its business for good, it's great to deal with a bank where the customer service is very good. The future of banking!

Early this year I made the switch to Triodos from one of the larger banks. I am so glad I made the switch - which the Triodos staff were great in supporting me with. I am now a proud account holder, and regularly recommend the bank to friends, family, and colleagues. The £3 monthly fee is not a problem when you know that your bank is doing good things in the world. The phone app is very slick and easy to use, I have not had any technical problems with it at all yet. The Triodos magazine is an excellent feature too, and makes me feel part of a wider community of like-minded people. Triodos is the future of banking! Cheers Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

No not Asda. Every banking transaction which supports a more sustainable way of dealing with money counts towards a better world and safer planet. And it works as well as any other bank Ive used in the past and better than some. Efficient transacting, good support and easy access. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Faultless service from an utterly ethical bank

I thought I was taking a bit of a gamble switching to an online bank but decided to give it a try as I was so impressed with Triodos’ ethical position in terms of their investments, their stated customer relations policy and their green agenda including issuing a non- plastic card. I need not have worried. They’ve been brilliant. Straightforward processes, clear updates and advice on policy, never once had to queue on the phone, completely cheerful help without a whiff of being patronized. When I recently carried out a transaction in a way that’s soon to change, they contacted me to remind me I’d need to do it differently next time. I’m so proud to be part of this agenda for change and have been recommending them to anyone that will listen! They absolutely deserve to win this award. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
