A highly trustworthy bank.

I started banking with Triodos Bank four years ago when I was trying to find an ethical bank having been with one of the big 5 traditional banks all my life. I have not regretted that decision, they are not only ethical but when Triodos were concerned with a transaction that I was making they contacted me on a Saturday morning to check that it was me that was making the transaction, and that it was legitimate. Problems getting logged in

When I got a new phone I had problems getting logged in to my account. I phoned Triodos and was answered very quickly by someone who understood my problem and took as much time as was necessary to help me. She took time to understand my problem and was very calm and helpful throught the whole conversation. I have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant whenever I have had cause to phone. I was looking for an eco friendly bank

I was looking for a sustainable, ethical bank and eco friendly bank that supports community projects ans well ans individuals and not armaments. I found it in Triodos, excellent. The app works well , so easy to check payments in and out of my current account and I can always speak to a person if I need to. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
