I couldn’t be more positive about Triodos. Their technology is great - it feels very secure and yet I can perform most functions easily on my phone. There are a lot of banks selling the ethical idea as a way of attracting customers, but if you dig a bit deeper you'll find the flaws. I can't recommend this account enough, you know where your money goes and you get to speak to real people if you need help. Banking with Triodos is easy and straightforward. The people at the help desk are friendly, professional and truly helpful. I chose the bank because of its ethical lending policy, particularly its support for innovative small or start-up companies and charities working towards a fairer, greener society.
