Love this bank

Apart from being the most ethical bank, the on line banking is simple, as is the phone app. So uncomplicated. I’ve recommended to all my family. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

I feel this bank is doing something positive for the world community - not just profit-making.

Total faith to provide 100% service with zero negative impact.

Speaking to customer service staff is like phoning a friendly family member. They're relaxed, pleasant, calm, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and happy to assist, with no waiting time to speak of. The online service is easy to navigate and use. The security systems are rigourous and detailed. These things mean confidence in using the online banking. After finding out so many dodgy actions of other banks, including: money laundering for murderous drug cartels, financing oil exploration in the Arctic, bank-rolling controversial projects such as dam-building in sensitive areas, funding arms deals, funding arming really violent regimes, and more, I found Triodos reject all those things and are happy to invest only in clean and positive initiatives, so not only do they get a good return on their investments, but also in quality of life for all affected by the investments. Confidence in the ethical stance

I believe Triodos would never invest in unethical projects. In addition their online banking is user friendly, and if the need to phone arises, it is easy to get hold of a real person. Staff are efficient & friendly in their dealings with clients. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
