Simply best banking

I like to know how my money is being invested and the knowledge that Triodos are investing my money in ethical projects. The service is easy to use and it is easy to obtain help and support when needed. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Refreshing way to bank

I began with savings and moved to a current account too. Their approach is so much better than the old style banks using my money to finance goodness knows what - environmental destruction? arms? climate change? I can rest assured my money is being put to good use. At the same time a friendly, very efficient customer team deal promptly with issues and work hard to avoid me being defrauded. The app is great and gives all I need to know about transactions in and out of my accounts. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Triodos always have helpful customer service - I am always happy having spoken to someone if there has ever been a problem. I am glad to have the chance to save with a truly ethical bank. Just joined but it was easy and everything looks good so far!

Everything feels very honest and transparent with Triodos. The mobile app is nice, a kind of hybrid between bigger bank apps and newer ones like Monzo. I might not be making money from interest on this current account but with the interest rates low everywhere at the moment anyway at least my money is doing some good. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Literally the only choice

Triodos is THE ethical bank. There literally is no other choice. They also have good customer service, simple and reliable online accounts and mobile app. Why anyone would choose to have their current account with any other bank is beyond my comprehension. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021
