ethical banking takes a weight off my mind.

Running the account has been good. Simple and efficient. We need to use banks to operate in society, and I find it to be a relief to know that my bank invests in positive, ethical, climate-friendly projects. Banking with Triodos, helps me feel good about myself as I do not enjoy the feeling that my money is being used to contribute to the difficulties and unhappiness of others. Positive change

Always efficient and well informed of changes by email. Easy to use website. I chose Triodos as love all the positive changes and support for various charities. I myself have planted almost 5,000 new trees on my own land to hopefully play my small part in a more sustainable future and positive changes for the planet for future generations. Ethical banking with super customer service

I've been a customer with Triodos for a year and a half now and only wish I had joined them sooner. My priority for joining them was obviously their ethical stance on everything they do, but once you've made that life choice, you just get used to them being 'your bank'. And as that they constantly outperform my expectations. As an EU national I get regular payments from overseas and mistakes made abroad could have been quite a headache, but staff at Triodos always went the extra mile to help solve the problems for me. And what's more, you can actually ring them, and get through to a real person, always a friendly voice with wonderful customer service. And finally, they have the VERY BEST music for you to listen to if you do ever need to be put on hold, so lovely that I've asked them for the singer's name to download her music. Truly ethical

It's great to be able to put your money where your mouth is. I was delighted to hear that Triodos were finally going to offer a current account and signed up immediately. Knowing that my bank is fully transparent and will not invest in anything harmful socially or environmentally is of the utmost importance to me. Hopefully they will start a banking revolution!
