Better every year

Environmental conscience

Staff is very helpful and approachable if there is ever any problem, although I have an online account. I feel the small monthly fee is worth feeling good about banking with an environmentally conscious bank Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Good value and good values.

Always very good customer service over the phone and by message: clearly not just using a foreign call-centre. Constantly improving: the app works well and ties in well with the website.. And, of course, a very ethical bank. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
