Great ethical service

Great service, they are always professional. The app is great and I've never had any problems with it. If you are in a position to afford it, the fee of £3 a month is a small price to pay to know that your money isn't funding harmful practices around the world. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos is the only bank which offers customers the opportunity to really take care of the future not only for themselves but also for the planet and other people on the planet. Triodos is by far, and inspiration in the banking world. I love the company's ethics and transparency. Supporting entrepreneurs and smaller enterprises, not solely large accounts. I've never regretted moving my current account to Triodos from one of the big four banks. The move was really straightforward. Triodos internet banking is easy, the app is even better. Customer services are always really helpful (and quick to answer the phone) and it's refreshing to be able to speak to a real person.
