This is a bank with superb, transparent ethical credentials, really striving to make a positive difference through the power of money. They combine this with very easy access, even on the telephone, which in the current pandemic is impressive, and their representatives are unfailingly supportive and knowledgeable. My overall experience with Triodos has been very pleasant and positive. They are transparent, easy to get hold of and quick to respond. I recently switched accounts to Triodos and am very happy to have taken this step. It is good to know that they are value driven and don’t fund destructive and explorative businesses.
