So glad I switched to Triodos

We've now moved our whole family's current and savings accounts over, Triodos are brilliant. Their ethical status is trustworthy and thoughtful, their customer service is always brilliant, the app and online banking are fantastic. It's better in every way that our previous bank (Co Op) and I've lost track of how often I've recommended Triodos in the last year. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A new ethical approach where ethics are very much needed

Environmental credentials and outstanding customer service

I have been a customer of Triodos for many years - throughout that time their commitment to environmental values has been unwavering. Excellent service, and the warm glow of doing the right thing

Triodos Bank have been excellent. I joined because I wanted to support ethical investments, but I have been impressed with their serve simply as a regular bank. Using their telephone customer helpline has been very good indeed - never queuing terribly long and always being dealt with efficiently by friendly and helpful staff - far better than my previous banks's service. It was so easy to change banks with direct debits and standing orders transferred automatically that I can see no reason why anyone wishing to live in as ethical way as possible should not use Triodos. Great service backed by sound ethics

I switched to Triodos earlier this year when I found out how much my bank had invested in the fossil fuel industry. Their proposition is clear and simple, I like the transparent small monthly fee (rather than “free banking” financed by customers who make a mistake), and when I’ve had occasion to call them, I’ve got really prompt and personal service. Ethical and customer friendly

Having been an investor with Triodos for many years I was excited when a current account service opened and signed up immediately. With the growth of Triodos, customer support is as good as ever. I have need to call on a number of occasions and always have had prompt and efficient response from a friendly and polite advisors. I am interested in the information Triodos sends about projects in which the bank invests and have passed this to others who have opened accounts. The AGM is like no other. I I look forward to seeing organisations who have benefited from my banking at Triados and am impressed by the commitment and clear sightedness by the executives.
