Sustainable investment, good customer service, careful fraud prevention

I am partially sighted and Triodos have given me a large digipass which speaks. When you ring up you do not have to wait long on the phone and there is always a caring friendly personal advisor to talk to you. All larger transactions are carefully monitored and checked with you. I feel happier knowing that my bank is investing in community projects and green energy,, and even the bank card is made from plants. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

I would not go back to a profit driven High Street bank. Triodos supports all kinds of projects that help the people and small organisations and offers a view of what the world might look like if our economy was no longer the broken and discredited capitalist system that lurches from one crisis to depression, destroying so much as it goes.
