You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Ethical, responsive banking

Triodos are not only the only bank I know of that invests positively (rather than other 'ethical' banks investing 'not horrifically'), but also give a personal service - you are not likely to be stuck on the end of the phone for hours waiting for a human to speak to you! Honest, open finance
