Ethical with superb service

Triodos Bank is by far the best bank I have used. As well as not investing in harmful industries and prioristing loans to organisations working for the social good, the customer service is exemplary and the mobile app is a joy to use whilst remaining secure. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Best Bank

We had been with First Direct for over 10 years but when we decided we wanted to make our banking as sustainable as the rest of our lifestyle, we chose Triodos. The switch process was simple and we love the fact that our money no longer funds fossil fuel development or arms deals to name just a couple of issues we strongly disagree with. It's easy to change!

It used to be a big deal changing banks, a real hassle. Even when they said they would do the Switch it never seemed to go well. Last year, however, I got so fed up with my old, big, multinational bank my wife and I changed over to Triodos. It was so easy we changed our ISAs too. My only regret is I didn't do it years ago.
