Triodos - transparent, open and excellent communicator

Triodos is transparent in all its dealings with me and the bank is an excellent communicator! Being careful to ensure that they make me as a customer aware of how I can make best use of my ISA and sharing the difference I am making as a customer to the better wellbeing of the earth and all who live here. Good returns and customer service

We are pleased with the return on our ethical ISA, which is slightly lower than the big (toxic) banks, but to be expected. Whenever I have used the Customer Service helpline, I have not found myself in a huge queue, like my experiences with most other organisations, and the assistants are always very helpful. I have a cash Isa which is a good investment.

I have a cash Isa which is a good investment. Although thee interest rates may be a bit below high street banks I know that triodos invest and lend their money ethically and publish where their money has gone. I have also invested in their wind turbineswhich gives me a good regular return. Reviewed on: 20th January 2024
