I wanted to be sure that money I'm trying to save is only put to use for purposes I feel are good uses. Triodos Bank set out clearly their ethical principles, which seem to match mine, and provide lots of information illustrating the types of business and projects they invest in. It was quick and straightforward to set up my cash ISA with them. Their enquiry phone line always seems to be answered promptly and is staffed by people who have always been able to answer any question I have rung about informatively and helpfully. The environment must come first.

Honest, Responsive bank that invests ethically

Really honest and responsive bank. Is the first to pass on better interest rates to customers. I found it important to have a bank which is operating ethically and will invest in the ethical investments. Have recently simplified their online platform to be more user friendly and is working well. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
