Excellent service & banking experience.

I have been with Tridos for many years now and find the online bank very easy to use. If I have had any questions I can phone their office and speak to someone who will resolve any issue or answer any question I have. I'm very pleased with the product and service they provide. Not just a bank

I love that Triodos is not just a bank but is an ethical and environmentally positive action organisation. My banking experience has always been smooth. Help is quick and efficient. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

I intend ot open more accounts soon!

Although I only have one account at the moment I am hoping to open an ISA soon. All the customer service contact I have had with Triodos has been excellent and resolving the smallest issue is never a problem. They are also very clear about their ethical and sustainability which is refreshing. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

No other bank like Triodos for ethics and ease of use.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity Triodos provides for ethical, transparent banking.
