Rewarding Bank!

Being a customer of Triodes Bank has been very rewarding. My savings account has proved to be an efficient way of creating savings which are then easily accessible. The website is also is very user friendly,. I would like it Triodos offered Notice Saver Accounts again. I find that this account feature was very helpful in helping to build savings for the long term. I am also very interested in the bank's ethics and values, and support to the community, charities, businesses and the environment. Speedy, polite, secure and ethical

It is a delight to quickly speak to a polite and efficient customer services rep. I have forgotten my access details a number of times because I don't need to access the amount often and you can speak to someone in a matter of minutes if not seconds and they are patient and thorough. I also love the focus they have on values and how they share stories about why they invest in and support the businesses they do and the social impact these businesses are having.
