Generally very good, room for some tweaks

ISA setup wasn't clear. App aecurity feels very light. Biometric or 2FA should be minimum requirement. My wife's name change to married name seems impossible without huge admin effort. Ethical banking offering is refreshing and newsletter offers great insights and overall triodos accounts have served us well. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Banking with a conscience

Triodos is a good bank, with good rates of interest. Their ethical stance is what attracted me, but they are also just a good bank, with good online access to my accounts, and easy to use interfaces. Reviewed on: 21st January 2024

Twenty or more years with Triodos Bank

Money is NOT the root of all evil but it does tempt some to various shades of evil. Triodos is a bank that I trust to do good with the money I trust to them. I have a Savings account with Triodos.

I have a Savings account with Triodos. It's very easy to use online, there is no notice for withdrawals and I like the fact that it's an ethical bank. I'm fed up with High Street banks and their attitude to their customers. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Easy ethical saving

I wanted to save money with a bank that I knew would use it in line with my ethical principles. Triodos give full information about how money is invested. I found the application process straightforward and was provided with any information I needed. The banking app makes managing and monitoring my money very straightforward and I am pleased with the interest rate offered. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Grateful long-term customer

I've been with Triodos for pretty much as long as they've been in the UK, i e long before online banking, and all my savings are parked with them in three different charity accounts. If only my eyesight and my computer security skills were better (I'm nearly 85) I'd also have my current account with Triodos, but unfortunately, as that's online only, I simply can't do that. I still gave it 10/10 for "would you recommend them", because most people can handle online banking. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical projects funded by a helpul ethical bank.

I've been using an on-line saver with Triodos for years and only when I have needed some funds quickly they have obliged me by transfering it quickly for me. I love the fact that my little amount of money helps to fund ethical projects so even a small amount helps other people and small ethical businesses and Triodos started way before it was 'trendy' .
