It's ok but prone to IT glitches

The first time an IT glitch happened , online /app banking was unavailable to use for far too long before the problem was fixed. It's happened again since then and , in my opinion, these IT problems reflect badly on the TSB and cause disruption for their customers.The service from the staff at my local branch is very good indeed. They are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019

Reduced Interest

A great bank with real people to talk to

No strings attached

I love this account, it’s basic and does what it says on the tin. No overdraught, no charges for things I won’t use. Text reminders to tell me to put money in by 2.30pm if I go over my balance and balance texts every Friday. My only gripe is trying to get statements off online is a nightmare, it’s extremely complicated compared to Barclays. This needs to be reviewed! Reviewed on: 11th May 2019

Good rate of interest

Switched my current account to TSB and got £100 for switching plus 5% interest on balances up to £1,500. Just found out though that interest is dropping to 3% in a few months but still better than most accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019
