Simple, efficient and easy to use online

Always good customer service at my local branch, very friendly and helpful. Low charges and ideal for people with a lower income like myself. I find their online banking to be very secure and safe to use. I find their literature and online details clear and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Utter garbage

Poor service poor bank the only thing that works are it’s initials TSB THE SINKING BANK. Total disregard for customer even now ex customers there useless Reviewed on: 17th December 2018

System collapse

The system collapse was bad but just managed to keep going. Nevertheless the whole organisation got behind the problem and fixed it. It was difficult - we’ll done TSB - you deserve to be a winner. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
