Overseas support is amazing

As a traveler, I'm constantly blown away by the overseas support provided by TSB. On more than one occasion, TSB have exceeded expectations whilst in the stressful situation of coming into a problem abroad. Thank you, TSB! Reviewed on: 27th November 2018

As useless as a chocolate fireguard

With IT Systems as good as a chocolate fireguard and customer service that can do nothing besides say "We're sorry but we can't find your complaint" even though a confirmation email was received - everything in general is just a shambles. Take a look at any popular Fintech banks like Monzo, you won't regret it. Reviewed on: 12th November 2018

Good basic bank account for those with lower incomes

They had a very good offer for 5% interest for the first couple of years. Generally their app is very good - although they did have technical problems with it a while back that went on for ages which is why I'm scoring them lower. Reviewed on: 12th November 2018

Bank for life

a farce from day one

I switched to them because Yorkshire bank had a poor online service. Compared to TSB though it was magnificent. I was completely shut out of my online account for two weeks. I live 30 miles from the nearest branch. Utter disaster of a bank, it deserves to go under and the CE should have his bonus withheld and lose his job! Reviewed on: 20th August 2018

Fraud

Tsb is the worst bank as my older daughters account has been hacked and some idiot has took all of her money that came from student finance loan and the bank has put there hands up saying we have not hacked your account, so we as parents will have to Faulkland out the money for the fees which we have not got and no thankyou to tsb talking rudely to my daughter thinking we are nothing.
