Not had many problems but not enough branches

I have been a TSB customer for years and they have never given me any real cause to complain. However when I have needed financial support they have not been very flexible. There is also not enough high street branches as some things you still need to go in to branch to do Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

current account

Been with TSB 69 yrs (started with old threepenny bit on savings book) Bank had old wooden floorboards and no carpet . Wouldn't change them for the world. as with all banks some minor problems but always fixed right away with an apology and a smile and lots of respect. cant beat those three. Under-rated Bank

TSB have always been a good bank. When they make mistakes they hold their hands up and admit it and offer compensation which not many banks would do Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Let down by service

The card overall is good - Their customer service is very poor. The app works great. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

It's ok but prone to IT glitches

The first time an IT glitch happened , online /app banking was unavailable to use for far too long before the problem was fixed. It's happened again since then and , in my opinion, these IT problems reflect badly on the TSB and cause disruption for their customers.The service from the staff at my local branch is very good indeed. Reduced Interest

A great bank with real people to talk to

I always get a warm friendly welcome when popping into TSB - I love the facilities for online banking too. I’ve never experienced a problem with this bank Reviewed on: 9th June 2019

No strings attached

I love this account, it’s basic and does what it says on the tin. No overdraught, no charges for things I won’t use. Text reminders to tell me to put money in by 2.30pm if I go over my balance and balance texts every Friday. My only gripe is trying to get statements off online is a nightmare, it’s extremely complicated compared to Barclays. This needs to be reviewed! Reviewed on: 11th May 2019

Good rate of interest

Switched my current account to TSB and got £100 for switching plus 5% interest on balances up to £1,500. Just found out though that interest is dropping to 3% in a few months but still better than most accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019
