Could use a few more locals

Just switched to TSB, never been with them b4, was looking for a trust worthy bank after the likes of HSBC. I'd like to see a few more branches and cash point to pay in with would be nice. Had a mortgage advice talk and very disappointed with that process.... Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Extended Friends

I have always had an excellent service for all the years I/We have been with them. I get a one to one service and they seem to hold an important diary to alert me when interest on my/our accounts are about to change. We get better options not worse if the intrerest is going down. Helpful, cheerful and trustworthy. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Local bank

Looks After You Before You Know You Need It.

Someone was trying to buy stuff with my card. I had no idea. TSB knew though and stopped it before I even knew about it. I know they have a bad press recently because of computer glitches. However I felt when I needed looking after they did just that in a warm caring and friendly manner. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Not had many problems but not enough branches

I have been a TSB customer for years and they have never given me any real cause to complain. However when I have needed financial support they have not been very flexible. current account

Been with TSB 69 yrs (started with old threepenny bit on savings book) Bank had old wooden floorboards and no carpet . Wouldn't change them for the world. as with all banks some minor problems but always fixed right away with an apology and a smile and lots of respect. cant beat those three. Under-rated Bank

TSB have always been a good bank. When they make mistakes they hold their hands up and admit it and offer compensation which not many banks would do Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Let down by service
