£10 cashback a month for 20 transactions I was recently offered £10 cashback a month for 3 months for doing 20 debit card transactions each month which is a good offer. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2024

Most greedy bank in the UK, stay away.

For over 20 years I had an arranged overdraft with Lloyds before I was hived off to the TSB. I paid Lloyds an agreed interest rate of 3% over base rate. After TSB had held my account for a few months I received a letter telling me that they were cancelling that arrangement and instead would charge me 19% - 18.5% over base rate. I complained, they refused to do anything at all. A few weeks ago I received another letter this time telling me that instead of 19% interest they would now be charging almost 40% instead. My account has never been disorderly in any way at all. TSB are the most greedy and arrogant bank I have ever heard of. Don't go anywhere near them if you value your wallet. None Problematic Bank

I have only been a customer of TSB for a couple of years and have never had a problem with any part of using my account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Could use a few more locals

Just switched to TSB, never been with them b4, was looking for a trust worthy bank after the likes of HSBC. I'd like to see a few more branches and cash point to pay in with would be nice. Had a mortgage advice talk and very disappointed with that process.... Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Extended Friends

I have always had an excellent service for all the years I/We have been with them. I get a one to one service and they seem to hold an important diary to alert me when interest on my/our accounts are about to change. We get better options not worse if the intrerest is going down. Helpful, cheerful and trustworthy. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Looks After You Before You Know You Need It.

Someone was trying to buy stuff with my card. I had no idea. TSB knew though and stopped it before I even knew about it. I know they have a bad press recently because of computer glitches. However I felt when I needed looking after they did just that in a warm caring and friendly manner. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Always fantastic.

Not had many problems but not enough branches

I have been a TSB customer for years and they have never given me any real cause to complain. However when I have needed financial support they have not been very flexible.
