Very bad online facilities.

They used to be excellent online bankers, but now I can't get anything useful from them online. Contacting them is all but impossible. I am very disappointed and feel I have to switch after almost 20 years. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Not trust worthy

The TSB, NOT a bank to bank with.

I have been with the TSB since I was little, some 50 years or so ago. I grew up with the TSB in savings and rewards. Since floatation back on the market place, they have been terrible. They don't listen to their own customers that bank with them. This year they are closing 164 branches this year, with more to come. Most closures are in the rural areas, older people are now stuck with no bank in their own towns. Disgusting. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Terrible Service

Each time I have used the TSB when dealing with my Mum's account it has never been straightforward. It is excruciatingly painful. I haven't left a review until today about their service (but my bother who has had an account with them for over 40 years has complained at least 3 times because of the poor service ) but I have spent the best part of an hour trying to find out why a SO has been cancelled (which looks like it was from TSB end) without success. I tried phoning 5 times; each time because staff advised me to do this because something wrong with accessing the account. To say I am frustrated and resentful about my time been wasted is an understatement. I don't personally have an account with this bank and I never will. They really are appalling. Nothing works & customer services don't care

App - doesn't work. Internet banking online - doesn't work. Every single time I contact customer services get the same reply: ' Oh well, do you really need to access your account? If so, maybe try tomorrow?' Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Account fozen

I am unable to make payments from my account. I phoned yesterday and was told it was ‘sorted’ - it wasn’t. Still unable to make bank transfers. Phoned again today 20 mins to get through and was told to ring back in the morning because calls about fraud are taking priority. I realise those calls are important, but I need to transfer money and I can’t. There’s no guarantee they’ll sort it next time I phone. I’m closing my account ASAP. Reviewed on: 20th January 2021

CEO robs vunerable adults out of money

ceo crosbie leaves vunerable adults out of pocket £425 and sends email with smily face on. No tv no funds robbed and she sits cowardly no reply. Couple abused by emails from tsb. Disgusting reported to press and ombusman. Reviewed on: 17th November 2020
