Useless bank

This bank is not recommended the tsb app is always down and never works and the complaints department well that is useless and nonexistent please avoid at all cost Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Simple to Change Accounts

I moved to TBS and it was a simple, easy process with no problems - the branch staff basically did everything all in one go. Reviewed on: 11th November 2017

Great interest rate on a/c.

They're ok. Couldn't get a cheque book unless you go to a branch.

I moved to TSB just for the cash incentive. I think perhaps I've been spoilt after being with First Direct for so long. You have to go to a branch to get a cheque book. Left after 6 months. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Being paid to have account

Good interest rate on credit balance, high interest linked savings account and cashback for using my debit card. Very happy with this account. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Ace in every way

5% reduced to 3%

I am disappointed that the Rate of 5% offered when I first opened my Classic plus account has been reduced to only 3%. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Great free account

Easy to use account and get benefits for simply using the card. A great everyday current account and have never had any problems with customer service. Used the switching service to change to this account too and got a bonus, would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Best limited saving account

Easy and safe to set up online 3% interest on 2000 and chance to regukarly save for an extra 2% Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
