United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part. Very good customer service

My wife and I opened a two year fixed cash ISA and found the process fairly painfree. There were one or two hitches in the opening process but we were impressed how quickly and efficiently our telephone queries were answered. Being somewhat older we like to have written confirmation of actions, particularly in my wife's case, and you kindly sent us an opening of account confirmation letter. Ease of Opening Cash ISA
