Moving accounts made easy

Maturity reinvestment

The maturity details were very clear and the guidance on transfer of some of the proceeds to a new product in joint names was superb. Other products maturing in May 2025 and I have no doubt that it will be dealt with just as efficiently. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

UTB is head and shoulders above the rest

UTB's web site is clear and simple to navigate. I have had experience with half a dozen UK banks, but UTB's customer communications are the best I have experienced. On top of that, their savings/deposit products seem to be amongst the most competitive in the market. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Excellent bank with fair saving interest rates

While other banks reduced their interest rates for savers dramatically, UTB customers continue enjoying a very good 4.5% for their deposits. Online banking is excellent, very easy to use, also a regular communication from the bank via emails. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
