I moved an ISA to United Trust Bank from another provider purely because of the rates available. The process was quick and easy and I was happy with the experience. Good value and good communication

I needed a place to put some savings. I found some good value bonds and the whole process was absolutely easy from start to finish. At one point, I had a problem with our internet and so did have to telephone once. I quickly spoke to a real person who was very helpful. Very happy with the service so far.
