Great customer service

When I needed to contact them, I got through to a real human and they were very polite and professional. They sorted out my issue, as I was having difficulty signing up, and I got confirmation by email half an hour later. Fantastic service. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Very Professional Staff who listen to the Customers request, talk to management & are usually flexible where possible to enact a good outcome for both parties.This is the essence of a good business relationship, something many other institutions could learn a lot from, Well done UTB , may it long continue. Experience with UTB as a long term customer

Have been with this bank since 2011. Found it to be the best bank for minimal bureaucracy, great friendly and professional staff and great interest rates. Staff have explained any changes to my account and made suggestions from which I can choose or select something else. I am a mature lady who sometimes find it helpful to be reminded of the processes involved as I can be forgetful. Even when the Covid lock down was on and chaos reigned the bank continued to provide excellent support. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
