Uncomplicated and sensible

I have found it very easy to understand all I needed to about my savings with UTB. They give very clear information about what I've needed to do to set up my Bond savings and when a new, better rate became available just as I had completed my application, they automatically gave me the better rate without me having to re-apply. Customer services are efficient and knowledgeable , kind and patient as i was a novice investor. Straight forward and interest paid in a timely manner. Cannot be faulted, wish i heard of them sooner.
